How JobPilot handles information

Fog & Iron Labs LLC operates JobPilot. JobPilot stores the business and customer information you enter so that it can provide your workspace, share quotes and invoices you choose to send, and support related service.

Service providers

JobPilot is designed to use Vercel for application hosting, Neon Postgres for application records, Better Auth for sign-in sessions, and Stripe for JobPilot subscription billing. Optional AI drafting sends only the request you affirmatively submit to OpenAI. Optional follow-up email uses Resend only after it is enabled by the business owner.

Your controls

Do not enter information you do not have permission to use. Review every AI draft before sharing it. Before public accounts are enabled, JobPilot will display a verified support contact and a production-ready account-deletion process.
